Adult/Retired Dog Application

This is a great way for us to get to know you and your preferences. This form MUST be filled out to be considered for one of our dogs, and it must be submitted prior to placing a deposit. Please review our policies and procedures page, as well as our FAQ's prior to filling this out as many of your questions may be answered. Filling this out does not obligate you to get a dog, nor does it guarantee that you will. Please keep in mind that breeding is a hobby for us, and we still have full-time employments, schooling, and other responsibilities outside of breeding. Due to the high volume of inquires that we receive, we will get back to you as soon as we are able to. Thank you!
